Objective feedback

In our research, we use the data detected by thewhu to monitor states of mind based on posture stability (body harmonization) and breathing stability (breath harmonization) to utilize Thewhu as a mindfulness coaching device.

thewhu has made it possible to visualize the conditions of the mind and to provide guidance for the user to experience an ideal, meditative state pursued in Zazen.

We wish to make use of the data recorded on the IoT to conduct in-depth analysis and to provide wellness support for the users.

Zen × IoT = Mindfulness

Zen × IoT = Mindfulness

IoT applied to traditional Zen methodology.
TheWhu supports your mindfulness, your inner contentment.
